At Familifood, we provide Southern Ontario purchasers with flexible delivery options. You can opt for courier delivery, or we could have a sales representative deliver to you, should we have one servicing your specific area.
For locations outside Southern Ontario, we exclusively use courier services. Orders received before 11 am EST, Monday to Thursday, will be shipped on the order day using the overnight option with couriers in an insulated box with dry ice for optimal freshness.
Our commitment to you includes overnight priority shipping, restricted to Canadian addresses. Should you not be present at home, your order can be left at your door and will retain its temperature upon your later arrival that day. It's essential to promptly place the product in the freezer upon arrival for optimal preservation.
