Oven

Pan Sear

Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the hake fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden and flaky. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Air Frying

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly oil the basket and place the fillets in a single layer. Cook for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fillets are lightly crisped on the edges and reach 145°F (63°C).

Grill

Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grates. Grill the hake fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, keeping the lid closed, until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
