Shipping policy

Familifood offers purchasers in Southern Ontario a choice of delivery. Familifood’s sales rep. can deliver the product at your convenience or the product can be delivered by courier. Delivery outside of Southern Ontario will be only by courier. Orders will ship Monday to Thursday if received before 11 am EST. The product is shipped overnight in a Styrofoam box with dry ice. This is put inside a corrugated box for added protection.

The product will be shipped with overnight priority. We only ship within Canada. You do not have to be home to receive your order. Packages can be left at any exterior door location. Product must be placed in the freezer as soon as possible after arrival.

Returns policy:

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will make it right. Email us at info@familifood.com or call our toll free number 1.877.714.3896. We kindly request that you take care of your order once it is delivered, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft that may occur after delivery.
