Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Place the Southern Dusted Haddock on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the coating is crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For extra crunch, broil for the final 1–2 minutes.

Pan Sear

Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the haddock for 4–5 minutes per side, until the coating is crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Air Frying

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place the haddock in a single layer and cook for 12–16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
