Sweet, tender, and naturally buttery, these Snow Crab Legs offer a luxurious, ocean‑fresh flavour that cracks open to reveal delicate, succulent meat. Every bite feels indulgent and deeply satisfying — a coastal dining experience you can savour effortlessly at home.
Snow Crab
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place crab legs on a baking sheet, brush lightly with butter, and cover with foil. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until heated through.
Bring 1–2 inches of water to a boil in a large pot with a steamer basket. Add the crab legs, cover, and steam for 6–8 minutes, or until fully heated and the shells are hot to the touch.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the crab legs and cook for 4–6 minutes if pre‑cooked (most are), or until heated through and fragrant. Drain and serve immediately with melted butter and lemon.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush crab legs with butter or oil and grill for 4–5 minutes per side, keeping the lid closed. Heat until the shells are bright and the meat is steaming hot.
