Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Place the crab cakes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Pan Sear

Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and warmed through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Air Frying

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the basket and place the crab cakes in a single layer. Cook for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and heated to 165°F (74°C).
