Our Almond Sole Fillet pairs the delicate, mild flavour of sole with a crispy, nutty almond crust, creating a satisfying contrast in texture. Perfect for a refined dinner or a light lunch, it’s an easy-to-prepare meal that feels indulgent.
Sole Fillets, Water, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid) Almond, Soy Nut (Soybeans, Caramel Colour)
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grates and place the fillets on a piece of foil or a grill-safe tray. Grill thawed fillets for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. For frozen fillets, extend the cooking time to 6–7 minutes per side.
Place the fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet. If cooking from frozen, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20–22 minutes. If thawed, bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Heat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook thawed fillets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and the fish flakes easily. If using frozen fillets, cover the pan and cook for 6–7 minutes per side on medium-low heat, ensuring the center is cooked through.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place thawed fillets in the basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. If cooking from frozen, cook for 14–16 minutes, also flipping halfway, until the fish is golden and flakes apart easily.
