Grilling

Grill the steak to your preferred doneness: Rare (120-125°F) for 3-4 minutes per side, Medium (135°F) for 5-6 minutes per side, and Well Done (160°F) for 7-8 minutes per side. Always rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving to ensure optimal juiciness.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the steak on a rack in a roasting pan or a baking sheet and roast for 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting based on preferred doneness. Always rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving.

Pan Sear

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for rare, 5-6 minutes per side for medium, or 7-8 minutes per side for well-done. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain its juices.
