Canadian Atlantic salmon. Marinade ingredients: Dry Dijon mustard (distilled vinegar), mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices, corn starch, rosemary extract, sugar, salt, spices, vinegar powder, onion, herbs, sunflower oil, spice extracts.
Thaw frozen mustard dill salmon fillet in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill for 10–12 minutes with the lid closed, or until the salmon flakes easily. Avoid flipping to prevent breaking the fillet.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the fillet on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Do not overcook to preserve moisture and flavor.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Flip gently and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and cooked through.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the fillet in the basket and air fry for 10–12 minutes, checking for doneness around the 10-minute mark. The salmon should be flaky and moist.
WOW -dill flavour was subtle but delicious and so easy to prepare! Portion was more than enough for one person - will eat the rest tomorrow ❤️😊
