Take the steak out of the fridge at least 30–45 minutes before grilling to bring it to room temperature.

Grilling

Preheat the grill to 450°F–500°F (medium-high heat). Place the steak directly on the grill and cook to your desired doneness. For rare (120–125°F), grill for 3–4 minutes per side. For medium (135°F), grill for 5–6 minutes per side. For well done (160°F), grill for 7–8 minutes per side. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Sear the steak in a hot oven-safe pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side, then transfer the pan to the oven. Cook for 4–5 minutes for rare, 6–7 minutes for medium, and 9–10 minutes for well done. Check doneness using a meat thermometer. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pan Sear

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for rare, 5–6 minutes per side for medium, and 7–8 minutes per side for well done. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Amazing AAA quality and rib eye steaks to die for!

On a personal recommendation, my family and I recently tried the rib eye steaks from Familifood, and boy did they live up to their reputation! The marbling screamed AAA quality, and they were rich in taste and soft in texture. Looking forward to trying the other products Familifood has available!
