Perfect for dipping in soy sauce, hoisin, or a spicy chili sauce, these dumplings can be steamed for a soft, juicy texture, or pan-fried for a crispy crunch. Serve them as an appetizer, in a soup, or with a side of stir-fried vegetables for a satisfying, full meal.

Heat pans with oil. Cook dumplings for 2–3 minutes until golden. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes. Uncover and crisp for 1 minute.
Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
