Our Roadhouse Wings are crafted for those who enjoy a smoky, savoury flavour with a touch of spice. The grilling process locks in a crispy texture, while the seasoning adds a deep, robust taste. These wings are sure to be a hit at any casual gathering or as a hearty main dish.
CRUST: Flour, Water, Vegetable oil lard (may contain palm oil), Vegetable oil margarine, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar. Glazed with a whole liquid egg.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill frozen wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place frozen wings on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the frozen wings for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen wings in the basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
