Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush the frog legs with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and slightly crispy. Optionally, finish with a quick broil for 1-2 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the frog legs on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. For extra crispness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the frog legs with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
