Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the frog legs on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. For extra crispness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.

Pan Sear

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the frog legs with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush the frog legs with oil and season with salt and pepper. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
