Grilling

Place the roast on the grill and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes per pound, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Check the internal temperature to achieve your desired doneness: medium-rare (130°F/54°C), medium (140°F/60°C), or well-done (160°F/71°C). After grilling, allow the roast to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Oven

preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Season the frozen roast generously with salt, pepper, garlic, or any other desired seasonings. Place the roast in a pan and cover it loosely with foil. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes per pound (about 2–2.5 hours for a 2 lb roast). During the last 20 minutes, remove the foil to allow the roast to brown. Check the internal temperature for your preferred doneness: medium-rare (130°F/54°C), medium (140°F/60°C), or well-done (160°F/71°C). Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
