The combination of the tenderloin and striploin sections ensures a delightful contrast of textures—one side is melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the other is rich and flavorful. Season simply with salt and pepper or your favourite steak rub, and pair with sides like garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for the ultimate steakhouse experience at home.

Take the steak out of the fridge at least 30-45 minutes before grilling to bring it to room temperature.
Preheat the grill to 450°F - 500°F (Medium-High heat). Grill the T-Bone steak based on your preferred doneness: for rare, grill for 3-4 minutes per side; for medium, grill for 5-6 minutes per side; and for well-done, grill for 7-8 minutes per side. Always let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving to ensure the juices redistribute and the steak remains tender.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). First, sear the T-Bone steak in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side to develop a brown crust. Then, transfer the steak to the oven and roast for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting the time as needed for your desired level of doneness. After cooking, rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain the steak's juiciness.
