Tuna Saku (Sushi)
Thaw frozen saku block tuna in the refrigerator overnight.
Slice the yellowfin saku block thinly and serve raw.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the tuna on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your preferred doneness (rare or medium-rare is ideal for keeping it tender).
Season as desired and heat a small amount of oil in a hot pan. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes per side, ensuring the outer layer is seared while keeping the center rare.
