Preheat the BBQ to medium heat. Place the plank directly on the grill and cook with the lid closed for 12-14 minutes. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Bake for 12-14 minutes, being careful not to overcook. Let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving.

Pan Sear

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and sear the plank for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place the plank inside and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.
