Our Cedar Plank Salmon combines the natural richness of salmon with the earthy, smoky notes from the cedar wood. This method of cooking helps lock in moisture, making the salmon incredibly tender and juicy. Pair it with roasted vegetables, a side of quinoa, or a fresh citrus salad for a wholesome meal. The cedar plank also makes for an impressive presentation, perfect for entertaining guests or a special family dinner.
Atlantic salmon, sugar, salt, dehydrated garlic, tomato powder, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids, natural flavour), dehydrated red bell pepper, yeast extract, dehydrated chives, dehydrated parsley, spices, flavour.
Preheat the BBQ to medium heat. Place the plank directly on the grill and cook with the lid closed for 12-14 minutes. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Bake for 12-14 minutes, being careful not to overcook. Let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and sear the plank for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place the plank inside and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness. Let stand for 4-5 minutes before serving.
