Thaw frozen halibut fillet in the refrigerator overnight.

Grilling

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thaw the halibut fillet overnight and season it as desired. Place the fillet on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, ensuring it’s cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the fillet on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Pan Sear

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The fish should flake easily with a fork when done.

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Thaw the frozen halibut fillet in the refrigerator overnight and season as desired. Place the fillet in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
